The Youth Fountain

Jade started to hiccup. "Huh?"

Nia had a drunk laugh as she hiccupped to the floor "You guys sound *hiccup* R-Ridiculous..."

Chirro laughed so hard he snorted and a bubble came out his nose. "Ooh pretty..."

"What's so *hiccup* funny??" said Dander frowning. Then staring at the bubble: "Pretty..."

The clock slowly neared 7 pm.

The door opened and Kiagre appeared followed by Squeaksters. Kiagre gracefully shut the door before the multi-colored creature could get through; his fake neon wings helped to hinder him.
"Well, this should be fun," Kiagre said. Seeing the others on the couch, she walked over to them and perched on the back of the couch. "Hey everyone!" Noticing the punch, "Why is the punch metallic-looking? Is it something you put in it for looks? It looks cool."

Dander looked down. "It is. I never noticed-" *hic* "-that before."

Jadis poked it. "Shiny!!!!"

Kiagre watched the door from her perch with narrowed eyes, her fishnet-stocking legs crossed down the back of the couch, waiting for Squeaksters to try to come through the door again. Instead there was a rustle outside a window and he tumbled inside, dusting off his baggy purple pants.

Melanie was listening to the music in the room, and one of her favourite songs came on. "Holly Shakamalaka! This is a good song!" She got up and began to moonwalk, and proceed to, also, do the robot.

Dander scrambled to her paws to join Mel, mimicking her moves in unison with her. "I love this song!"
Chirro was content to watch from the couch, thoroughly entertained by the shiny bubbles coming out his nose. Kiagre hopped down from the back and slunk off to get some punch, obviously and desperately ignoring Squeaksters as he tried to run on the slick floor with his pants dragging and went sliding across the room.

"Me too!" Mel said happily. "Woot! Woot!"

Squeaksters slid into Dander bringing her to the floor.
"Eeeee!" Squeaksters squealed. Dander just hiccuped. Chirro was on the couch laughing like a mad person.
