Which caused them to fire blindly at everything...

The bullets passed harmlessly through the two, the snarls and the sounds of their snapping jaws filling the air.

The Soldiers began to become terrified as they dropped their guns and fell to their knees covering their heads.

The tow formed around them and begun to chant and circle around them, forming partually out of the darkness.

They stayed in that Fetal position as a form of surrender.

The shadows vanished and Nyy and Roxy stood there, Nyy's other shadow monsters forming.

"We surrender. Don't hurt us." One of them pleaded.

"Why are you here?" Nyy growled.

"We're here to recover some lost property..." One of them answered.

Nyy towered over them as she stepped closer. "And what would that be?" SHe growled louder.

"A small Tiger creature with green stripes and a scorpion tail." One answered honestly. "He was a Bio weapons experiment that escaped."

Nyy's eyes flashed dangerously. "You leave him alone!" She snarled, looming over them like a demon.

"Yes Ma'am, We will...we'll leave him alone." One said terrified.

"No, I don't think that would be sufficient enough" Ho'ne growled. He was riddled with bullets wounds. "You point the gun at my Mistress and now your gonna pay!" With a snap of the finger, the soldiers stood their staring blankly at them. "Get out of my sight!" Ho'ne commanded. The soldiers stumbled stupidly as them obeyed his command.

The third Soldier that had run off was halfway down the street by now. He arrived at a unique house where a Fennec-cat and panther stood in the doorway. He krept along to the back of the house and waited there crouching....

Niala led Kindran to a steep mountain and she looked up, a flock of raven scavengers looming over the sea of trees infesting on the hill.
"Something just... doesn't feel right..."

The soldier that stood behind the house kicked open the back door. He entered quietly and scanned the interior.

"Mistress, are you ok?" Ho'ne said looking at Nyy

Dander gasped staring down at Melanie. "Oh no..." She gently dragged her into the house, but at the same time heard a crash coming from the back door. Quickly hiding Melanie behind the couch, she crept through the house and peeked around the corner to see an armed soldier looking around. She ducked back behind the wall and tried to think quickly. She was all alone and Melanie was helpless. Keeping low and hidden, she slipped into the kitchen and grabbed a butcher knife off the cabinet.

(Sorry Hone, but this guy's crucial to the story.)

He contined to pace around the kitchen opening various drawers and cupboards. Not noticing that a knife was missing.

"Nyy..." Jade weakly whispered, hunching over Krory.
"Yes my dear friend?" Nyy replied back, not hearing Ho'ne's question.
"You...need to detach me from your soul...I'm dying...and so are you and Melanie..."
"Jade no! Please no!" Nyy cried.
"Do it Nyy so you and Melanie dont die too!"
"If we die we die together!" Nyy hissed.
"Do it...please...." Jade said softly, her mental voice starting to fade.
Nyy closed her eyes, reaching into her body and into the presence of Jade and Melanie, her eyes flaring red and with a sceam tore her Jade away from Melanie and herself.
"Thank you..Nyy...my sister...I love you..." With one last sigh the snow leopards presence faded away.
"Goodbye Jadis..." Nyy whispered and the shadow dragoness started to cry.

Melanie slowly came too to see that she was lying behind a couch. How did she get here?

Valkorien jumped foward and stood protectively over Jade's and Krory's bodies.

The Soldier walked out to the living room where Meleanie was. He looked around before he headed toward the steps.

Melanie quietly rolled over ont her stomach. She didnt reconise the footsteps.

He stopped at the steps and listened. Something was in here....

Melanie froze and her heart skipped a beat as the footsteps stopped. But she knew something else was wrong. She could only feel one presence in her mind.
