The Underbridge coffee shop

"Good." He threw Ja de to the floor and aimed the gun at Nyy. "NO!" Krory yelled as he jumped and bit the shadow's arm. It roared in pain and grabbed Krory and shot him. Then it threw him againsta wall and shot him a few more times. Though Krory was dead as soon as the first shot hit.

"Krory!" Nyy roared, tears falling from her eyes. "You shall PAY!"
Her tears turned black and suddenly the ties that bound Nyy, Melanie and Jade were severed. The dragons fangs elongated and her claws splinted the floor as they grew. Spikes poked out from underneath her scales, wailing and screaming shadows seeped from the tips of the spikes and surrounded the shadow dragon, black blood dripped from underneath her scales and the blood in her veins could be seen running through her body. Her mane of fur grew and hardened and as the last part of the transformation her wings turned to shadows. She glared at the shadow with such an intensity of loathing that it filled her entire being. Never befor had she hated anything so much in her life.

He chuckled nervously at the sight of her. "Well....I've done enough I think...Time to go....Toodles!" He then vanished.

"Coward!" Nyy roared and made to go after him.
"Wait Nyy..." Jade said weakly. "Krory..."

He ran for what seemed like hours in a cloaked form. Wanting to escape the dragon.

The dragon looked around to see her mate on the floor by where Jade was standing.
"Krory..." She sobbed, picking him up. "I-I hope this works..."
A silver mist drifted out of Nyy's mouth and swirled around the manticore before slipping down his throat.

Krory opened his eyes and smiled at Nyy. "Hey there." He said as he saw her.

She smiled back, tears that were still black falling from her eyes. "Hey." She choked.

"You ok?" He asked looking at her tears.

"I am now." She said, wiping them away.

"What happened?"

"Nyy scared the life out of that shadow that's what happened." Jade whooped.
Nyy looked around at her body, she always hated this form.

"Oh him...." He said frowning. " Well at least he'-" A sudden shot rang out as a bullet struck Nyy in the back of the neck. The shadow stoodvin the doorway. "Blasted ebony Dike!" He growled.

The bullet bounced of the hardened fur on the back of Nyy's head and a shadow winged wolf jumped from her body and entangled with the shadow and Melanie burnt the gun to a pool of molten metal.

The Shadow bit at the wolf tearing a hunk of it's flesh out. And proceeded to claw at it relentlessly.

Five more shadow monsters joined the wolf. A king cobra, a fox, a griffin, a lion and a phoenix.

The Creature fought rlentlessly. Clawing and biting at all six creatures. Trying to tear them all to shreds.

The creatures laughed as they reformed and kept on attacking it.

It finally shrieked in rage and vanished. "Is-is it gone?" Krory asked shaking.

Nyy reached out to pull Krory close to her with her wing but remembed that she doesnt have them. "I think so. I'll get my shadow monsters to patrol the shop." When she said that they vanished out of the door.

"Um...Nyy....Can you....change back please?"

Nyy dipped her head and shadows swirled around her and she stepped out in anthro form. "Thats different..." She mused at something.

"What?"

She sat down at a table. "Normally I would be weak or close to death for using that form but I'm not tired at all." She stared at her dragon hand. "I think I'll shift to anthro more often..." She said to herself before smiling at Krory. "At least I'm the same size as you now."

"Nyy....I'm 9 inches tall....I'm a Micro remember?"
